THE mission
The mission is to help followers of Jesus and churches embrace the main purpose of the church which is to make disciples.
For over three decades I was the senior pastor of large churches. I not only came to see the great and growing need for discipleship, but also the many factors that keep us from being able to embrace discipleship.

The problem
Let's get honest, as a whole...
- Discipleship isn’t really happening.
- Discipleship requires intentionality.
- Relationships needed for disciple-making are not easily forged.
- People are often not growing in the faith due to lack of discipleship.
- Churches can easily be more concerned with weekend attendance numbers than the number of those being discipled.
THE PLAN
- Train disciples who make disciples
- Help people build intentional and deep relationships where discipleship can happen.
- Help people grow and mature through intentional discipleship.
- Help people and churches make a paradigm shift, valuing discipleship as the main purpose of the church.
